Our bottling line is housed in a 34’ gooseneck trailer equipped with single head Gas Sparger, 9 head filler and single head corker/capper capable of running up to 1500BPH (125 cases hr). It is setup to run most 375ml up to 750ml cylindrical bottles (any bottle in question should be brought up at time of scheduling including tapered bottles). With the options to apply pvc, polylam and tin capsules followed up by a PS labeler capable of applying front and back labels on separate rolls, or on the same roll alternating.
An information sheet must be completed and sent to us no later than 1 week prior to your scheduled bottling date. This information allows us to understand the volume of wine to be bottled, style of closures, labels, capsules etc. We can then ensure we have all the required change parts needed to complete your bottling.
All packaging materials must be present when bottling begins, or an hourly fee will be charged for any downtime due to waiting on materials
